As your digital signage operation grows, folders are helpful to organize content according to your own structure. Combine this tool with content tags and never take long searching for a specific item!
You can switch from grid to list view to see more details about your folders by clicking on the grid icon on the top right. This way you can reorganize your list to be ordered by name, type, last modification date, or size.
Move any file into the folder by drag and drop or right clicking on the item and selecting the option “Move”.
Select several files with your mouse. Then, drag the selected files to a folder or right click and select the option “Move”.
You can also move the folder to other folders by drag and drop or right clicking and selecting the option “Move”.
To delete a folder, right click the folder and hit “Delete”.screenpublishingmay request you to confirm the action by writing “DELETE” if there are files in use within the selected folder.
